Kinkaid Residential was formed 2014 with a vision to provide the Northern Ireland market with a new generation of efficient, well designed and highly constructed homes.

Each of our homes are constructed with the occupants in mind. Though our vast knowledge within the construction sector, we design each and every house for the modern requirements; Energy Efficiency, space usage and high levels of comfort and aesthetically pleasing design.

Each of our homes are build to a high standard of insulation, air tightness and incorporate the use of Air Source Heat Pumps for both high efficiency and low running costs. The use of Mechanical Ventilation systems provides high air quality with low levels of heat loss. 

We understand that in these times, the usage of a home has changed dramatically. New normalities such as working from home and the boom in cottage industries have made for difficult adjustment in older homes. These 21st century realities are considered in the design of each and every one of our homes.
